CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. — State troopers are investigating what caused a deadly crash over the weekend in Chesterfield County.
Authorities said the wreck happened around 5:45 a.m. Saturday on Angelus Road near McCaskill Road.
Troopers said a driver was killed after their vehicle ran off the road and flipped, throwing the victim from the car.
That person’s name has not been released.
Nobody else was in the car and no other vehicles were involved.
Troopers said the victim was not wearing a seatbelt.
