ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. - The adoptive parents of missing Rowan County teen Erica Parsons are scheduled to be in court Monday for an eviction hearing.
Eyewitness News obtained a copy of the eviction notice for Casey and Sandy Parsons about two weeks ago.
Sandy Parsons' father and stepmother filed the order, saying the couple owed nearly $26,000 on the house.
Casey and Sandy Parsons have been at the center of a local and federal investigation since their adopted daughter, Erica Parsons, was reported missing in July.
No one has seen her in almost two years.
