Eyewitness News will begin at 4 p.m. Friday for Tropical Storm Hermine coverage

Channel 9 Eyewitness News will air expanded coverage Friday for the latest on Tropical Storm Hermine.

The storm is expected to drop heavy rain on the Carolinas Friday.

Channel 9 will go on the air Friday at 4 p.m. for a special hour of coverage leading into our 5 p.m. newscast.

The “Dr. Phil Show” will air at 3 p.m. instead of its normal time of 4 p.m. “Fablife” will not be shown.
