ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. - The FBI conducted another search at the Rowan County home of Erica Parsons Tuesday.
FBI agents along with Rowan County sheriff’s deputies were at the home Tuesday afternoon.
They left the Parsons’ home and went to William Parsons’ home in China Grove.
William is the adoptive grandfather of Erica.
Agents searched William’s property with a K-9 unit.
Channel 9 saw investigators walking around the red shed and into the woods behind it.
Channel 9 was told the shed belongs to Sandy Parsons, Erica’s adoptive father.
William Parsons told Channel 9 he gave investigators permission to search behind his home Monday as well.
He is not sure if they have found anything, but said they are welcome back to look anytime.
Channel 9 is looking into why agents were at the two locations and will have more starting at 5 p.m.
