CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Firefighters responded to a house in north Charlotte Friday morning.
Heavy smoke could be seen billowing from the home on Kennesaw Drive, which is off LaSalle Street near Interstate 77.
Someone called 911 about 6 a.m. to report the fire.
Officials said nobody was hurt in the fire, but the fire caused about $15,000 in damage.
