The Hillary Clinton campaign announced Thursday afternoon that first lady Michelle Obama will make stops in Charlotte and Raleigh Tuesday, Oct. 4.
Mrs. Obama will urge North Carolinians to support Clinton and her running mate Tim Kaine during the public events. She's expected to lay out what is at stake in the November election during the public events, especially for young people. The first lady will also urge people to register to vote before the Oct. 14 deadline.
The place and time for Mrs. Obama's event have not been released.
