Former NC teacher accused of filming student in changing room

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A former North Carolina teacher is accused by authorities of using a hidden camera to capture pictures of a female student in a changing room on school's property.

Guilford County sheriff's deputies charged 47-year-old Christopher Allen Reeves of Browns Summit in connection with the incidents, which authorities say occurred between 2013 and 2015, according to reports.

Col. Randy Powers said at least one camera was hidden in an office used by Jamestown Middle School for girls to change out of leggings, which the school prohibited at the time. Detectives learned of the hidden camera when a school employee alerted them to suspicious images on a memory card Reeves gave him.

Reeves is free on a $10,000 bail. It's not clear whether he has an attorney.
