STATESVILLE, N.C. - A man who once worked as a bus driver and teacher assistant for Iredell-Statesville schools is facing charges of aggravated statutory rape and aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
Glen McCoy was arrested in Tennessee for a relationship with a 17-year-old boy he met on the internet.
According to Channel 9’s partners at the Mooresville Tribune, McCoy worked for the school district for 10 years and was affiliated with at least two churches in Statesville.
