CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A French company will open its U.S. headquarters in Charlotte later this summer, and it will mean dozens of new jobs for The Queen City.
Team Creatif is a marketing design firm and it plans to hire 40 people within the next three years.
It was originally looking to set up in Nashville but was recruited to Charlotte and picked the city after representatives came to visit.
"I'm really confident about the future of the city. I think we absolutely made the right choice to come here and build our headquarters for this large market in Charlotte," said Team Creatif GM, Attila Akat.
Akat said they chose Charlotte because of its lower business costs and its vibrant and international flair.
