CHARLOTTE, N.C. — An order targeting gang violence in north Charlotte is expected to expire Sunday.
The injunction was put into place last year allowing officers to arrest members of the Hidden Valley Kings gang if they associate with each other, carry guns or recruit new members.
Officers want a judge to put another order in place after the current one expires.
