Harris Teeter hiring more than 600 positions for all stores

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Harris Teeter announced Thursday that it is trying to fill nearly 650 new positions within its upcoming and existing stores around the area.

Available positions range from full-time department heads and assistant store managers to part-time cashiers and department clerks.

Upcoming local hiring events:

• July 21: Steele Croft Harris Teeter, 13000 S. Tryon St., Charlotte
• Aug. 18: Steele Croft Harris Teeter, 13000 S. Tryon St., Charlotte

"We have nine new stores scheduled to open over the next few months," said Danna Robinson, communication manager for Harris Teeter. "We are looking for hard-working people passionate about customer service excellence, who want to work in a fun, team environment with great benefits and advancement opportunities."
