CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — The North Carolina Highway Patrol responded to a crash involving two school buses Tuesday afternoon in Cabarrus County.
One school bus rear-ended the other on Highway 49 and Walker Road.

A highway patrol sergeant told Channel 9 the crash is minor and that students were on board the buses. One student was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Channel 9 has contacted Cabarrus County EMS and Cabarrus County Schools to get more information on the crash.
