CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Irongate Home Finance, LLC, a home mortgage company, will open its corporate headquarters office in uptown Charlotte in April 2014. The company has leased 21,000 square feet in the First Citizens building located at 128 S. Tryon St., creating approximately 125 new jobs over the next 18 months. The company will continue to grow by 75 to 100 jobs per year through 2019.
Positions will include mortgage loan officers, processors, quality assurance analysts, compliance officers and support staff. Irongate will accept applications immediately and will begin the interview process in mid-March.
Founded by former UBS and JPMorgan Chase executives, Irongate Home Finance will maintain its corporate headquarters in Charlotte while expanding into at least five regional offices over the next five years, which will represent the company's national footprint.
