INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. - Indian Trail leaders made a controversial decision Tuesday night to allow a 348-unit apartment complex to be built in the town.
The complex will go up at Plyler and Unionville-Indian Trail roads.
Some neighbors said the development will create too much traffic in the area and more traffic lanes need to be created.
Residents also think it would create a shortage of deputies to patrol the area.
