KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — An indictment filed Monday in federal court lays out the charges against Kannapolis police officer Steven Webb and his wife, Tracy.
Steven Webb faces charges of receiving and distributing child porn, possessing a hard drive with child porn, and a count of possessing a USB flash drive with child porn.
Tracy Webb is charged with making a false statement when she stated to FBI agents that she had not engaged in sexual activity with minors and that such activity had not been recorded.
