Investigators say man arrested; Indoor marijuana grow found

LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Lincoln County Sheriff's Office narcotics investigators seized a marijuana indoor grow operation while executing a search warrant Tuesday morning.
 
On a tip, investigators secured the search warrant for the apartment in the 1300 block of Dartwood Lane, Stanley in southeastern Lincoln County.
 
Officers seized the hydroponic grow operation which included buckets, water pumps, grow lights and chemicals and nutrients as well as two full-grown marijuana plant from a back bedroom in the apartment. 
 
Carlton John Williams, 30, of 1338 Dartwood Lane, Stanley, was arrested and charged with one felony count each of manufacturing a controlled substance schedule VI and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.  Williams was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
