Iredell County gets nearly $25,000 to upgrade park

Iredell County, N.C. — In Iredell County, the Parks and Recreation Department is getting nearly $25,000 for upgrades at Stumpy Creek Park. The South Iredell Soccer Association donated the money to restore the park's soccer fields. Iredell County is pitching in the remaining $15,000. The work will begin later this month.
