IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — Iredell County workers could soon be allowed to carry concealed guns on the job.
The proposal would require any employee who wants to conceal carry to let the human resources department know, our partners at the Statesville Record and Landmark report.
County workers would be required to go through annual training and keep their guns on them or locked up.
County commissioners will consider the new policy Tuesday evening.
