KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — Several children in the area have some new toys Saturday thanks to police officers.
Nearly 20 kids were paired with officers from Kannapolis to go on a shopping trip to Target.
Eyewitness News watched the children pick out toys on their wish list.
Target workers even dressed as elves to make the store felt like the North Pole.
The kids also got to go to lunch with the police officers and take pictures with Santa.
