KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. - A Kings Mountain man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a child.
Investigators said 25-year-old Joshua Justice took advantage of a child under the age of 13 between July and September.
The Gaston Gazette reported that he is facing two counts of first-degree sex offense and two counts of indecent liberties with a child.
