INDIAN LAND, S.C. - A York County man was arrested Tuesday after Lancaster County deputies found him driving a stolen vehicle.
Deputies said Jimmy Odell Kanipe of Rock Hill was pulling into a driveway in Indian Land, S.C., in a green Honda that had been reported stolen.
Kanipe was arrested. During a search, deputies found a bag of marijuana, they said.
Kanipe was taken to the Lancaster County Detention Center where he was charged with driving under suspension, possession of marijuana, and possession of a stolen vehicle.
His bail was set at $10,000.
