LANCASTER, S.C. - Lancaster police have made an arrest after a bank robbery Wednesday. Police said an officer was there by chance at a stoplight when the robber left.
As the robbery tried to leave the Wells Fargo on Main Street, officers were able to apprehend him.
Police said the man gave the teller a note saying he had a gun, but did not show one.
