CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Police say a man accused of shooting and killing a north Charlotte teen, has turned himself in.
Authorities charged Demontre Rice with murder.
Police say he shot 17-year-old Stanley Taylor Saturday morning outside a convenience store on Lasalle Street.
Taylor later died in the hospital.
