Consultant, author accused of exposing himself at Charlotte shopping center

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a man who they said exposed himself Sunday afternoon at the Park Road Shopping Center in south Charlotte.

Officers were called around 2:45 p.m. to the busy shopping center, where they said they found 55-year-old John Bradberry exposing himself in public.

Bradberry is charged with indecent exposure.

He wouldn't talk to Channel 9 when a reporter went to his home to find out his side of the story, saying only, "No comment."

Bradberry is a consultant in Charlotte and is listed as the co-founder of Readyfounder Services. His online profile lists recent projects with major companies including Nike and Microsoft. His profile shows that he received a master's degree in psychology and wrote a book on the psychology of entrepreneurship.

Channel 9 went to the listed address for Bradberry's company. A woman at the location said the business is no longer there and described Bradberry as "fantastic."

Channel 9 is expected to learn more about the incident on Tuesday. Bradberry is due in court Jan. 23.
