CHARLOTTE - A man walking through a north Charlotte neighborhood alerted people living next to a home that it was on fire.
No one lives in the home on Fincher Boulevard, but people do live in the home next door.
The man said he saw the fire, knocked on the neighbor’s door and called 911. The man also said the fire was so strong he could feel it from down the street.
“The flames was way up there. That’s what made me concerned about the neighbors because the flames was so high,” said Billy Welch.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. No injuries were reported.
