MONROE, N.C. — A man was assaulted and robbed by two men while he was changing a tire Thursday evening in Monroe, police confirmed.
Police said the man had car troubles on Nelda Drive when the suspects attacked. He was taken to a hospital to be treated.
Channel 9 is asking authorities for updates on the severity of the victim's injuries and if any arrests have been made.
