CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — Deputies in Chester County have charged a man in connection with a crash that killed three people last year.

Investigators said he was driving a car last October on Highway 72, north of Chester, when he crashed head-on into a truck.
Knox's passenger and two men in the other truck died.
Knox was the only survivor.
