CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers are investigating after a man was shot with an air rifle early Sunday morning in the parking lot of a southwest Charlotte hotel.
Police responded just before 1 a.m. to the Holiday Inn on West Arrowood Road.
Officers believe someone in a car fired shots at the man using either a BB or pellet gun.
The man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
