Hughey, while awaiting trial, is accused of tracking down one of those same victims and prostituting her again.

Hughey is behind bars this time because even though one of the teens moved out of state, he allegedly found her and got her back into the business.

Hughey was arrested and charged Tuesday with two counts of human trafficking, two counts of prostitution of a minor and one count of second-degree forcible sex offense, police said.

Hughey is scheduled to face a judge on those charges on Sept. 11.
