CHARLOTTE, N.C. - More than 2,000 people are without power following a crash in east Charlotte on Tuesday night.
Police said a car ran into a power pole on Eastway Drive.
Eastway Drive was shut down between Arnold and Central.
Duke Energy has crews on the scene trying to restore power.
