CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The 22-year old who fell out of Bank of America Stadium is making progress in his recovery, according to his mother.
She said Sean Powers is doing better and he's able to follow commands and nod "yes" or "no" when asked a question.
He was headed to his seat during the ACC Championship game last week and decided to step on the railing and take a picture.
He lost his balance and fell about 40 feet.
