Two are in Iredell County, and one is in Mecklenburg County while the number of probable cases has increased to nine.
Two employees at the Lowe's headquarters support center in Mooresville tested positive for the mumps.
The company is working to make sure the 4,000 employees are safe by cleaning the building and adding more sanitizers.
