HICKORY, N.C. - A Lenoir attorney faces a disciplinary hearing in August because the state bar says he had sex with four clients.
The Hickory Daily Record reports that William Respess, Jr. testified under oath that he'd had sexual relations with two of those clients.
He has worked as a lawyer for almost 40 years.
His attorney is planning a response to the state bar this week.
