CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The North Carolina Highway Patrol is warning drivers that troopers will be out in force this week looking for speeders.
Monday morning, troopers will kick off ‘Operation Slow Down.’
They are looking for people going too fast on the state’s interstates and four-lane highways.
Last year, troopers handed out almost 20,000 tickets state-wide during the slow-down.
