CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A pickup truck rear-ended a school bus carrying 40 students Wednesday morning in east Charlotte.
Bus 1467 was headed to Merry Oaks Elementary when the crash happened on Central Avenue.
No one was seriously injured, but MEDIC evaluated one student and the truck driver.
The outbound lanes on Central Avenue were blocked while crews moved the damaged vehicles.
