On Sunday, Broadwell's husband told Eyewitness News that the family would deliver a statement soon.
Friends of a Tampa socialite, Jill Kelly , said Tuesday that Kelly took emails allegedly from Broadwell as death threats, telling her to stay away from Petraeus.
