• Officials: Man ejected from SUV in Lincoln Co. crash


    LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. - Emergency crews rushed a man to the hospital after he was ejected from the SUV he was traveling in Friday morning.

    According to Lincoln County officials, the SUV crashed and flipped on the old Highway 16 overpass at Highway 73 around 9 a.m.

    Paramedics took the man to a local hospital but did not say how badly he was injured.
