One dead in York County crash

CLOVER, SC — The South Carolina Highway Patrol says one person died in a crash just outside Clover Monday night.

It happened on St. Paul Church Road near Burrel Road just after 10 p.m.

Troopers say 44-year-old Franklin Lipscomb  ran off the road, flipped, and was thrown from the car. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
