CHARLOTTE, N.C. — State regulators have granted conditional approval for Novant Health’s proposed hospital in Steele Creek, the health-care system said this week.
That $178.6 million investment will include a 186,000-square-foot, 32-bed hospital at the southeast intersection of Interstate 485 and Steele Creek Road.
Plans call for 22 beds for general use, four for intensive care and six for labor and delivery. It will include two operating rooms and emergency services.
