ROCK HILL, S.C. - A man was shot and killed early Saturday morning at a night club in Rock Hill.
Police said two men were fighting inside Rosetta's Live Night Club on Celanese Road, which later spilled outside of the club.
According to police, 20-year-old Tristan Hunter tried to leave the club when Jacques Waiters, 23, allegedly shot him through his car windshield. Hunter died on the scene.
Police said Waiters left the club in a 1994 Cadillac Deville with South Carolina license plate EIG 486. The vehicle is registered to Brandon Waiters of Lancaster.
Police have arrested Waiters are served him with warrants for murder and possession of a firearm.
He will remain in custody at the Rock Hill jail until a judge sets his bail.
