Police: Man arrested in shooting outside Bojangles

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police made an arrest in a west Charlotte shooting that terrorized workers at a Bojangles on Tuesday.

Police said the gunman was Osco Jackson, 25.

They said he threatened employees inside the restaurant on West Trade Street then walked outside and shot a gun in the air.

No one was hurt.

Eyewitness News obtained search warrants Friday that show Jackson was already a convicted felon.

They also state his mother went back to the restaurant later and threatened the manager again.
