ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police have arrested two suspects nearly a month after two teens were shot and killed outside of a home in Rock Hill last month.
Police said 18-year-old Jon’tarius Delmone Reid and 18-year-old Kelvin Barnette Jr. are charged with two counts of murder.

The shooting happened just before 7 p.m. on Jan. 23 on Byars Street near Maple Street.
The victims, 17-year-old Zyon Minto and 18-year-old Digarian Foster, were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, but later died.
Authorities have not said what led to the shooting.
