CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Police blocked off B Avenue with crime-scene tape for hours Saturday morning.
Officers said 21-year-old Raymona Abraham was shot around 6 a.m. Saturday.
He died just a few minutes later.
Police said Abraham knew the shooting suspect, who left the scene in a two-door white Ford Explorer.
Police arrested 33-year-old Ralph Gettys in connection to the shooting.
Officers arrested Gettys at his home.
