Police: Brother shoots brother after fight in Anson Co.

WADESBORO, N.C. — Police in Anson County said they're investigating a shooting between two brothers.

Officers said Antonio and Lloyd Gainey got into a fight early Sunday morning at a home on Madison Avenue in Wadesboro.

Police said Antonio Gainey shot Lloyd Gainey in the chest. Lloyd Gainey was airlifted to the hospital and is still there Monday afternoon.

Officers have not made any arrests.
