CHARLOTTE - Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said a narcotics detection K-9 found a suspicious package while sniffing a lineup of packages Monday morning.
Indy found the suspect package by sniffing the seams and sitting next to the suspect package.
Upon further inspection, police seized 20 pounds of marijuana. The package was headed to an East Boulevard address.
