ROCK HILL — Deputies said they found drugs and an open bottle of whiskey in a Rock Hill man's car.
According to our news partners at the Rock Hill Herald, Robert Jothen was arguing with a woman in the parking lot of a pharmacy on Celanese Road last week.
Police responded, and found marijuana and other drugs hidden in his car. Authorities also said there was a young child in the back seat of Jothen's car.
