HICKORY, N.C. - Hickory police are trying to figure out the motive behind an early morning shooting that sent one man to the hospital with serious injuries.
Officers charged Ramona Reid with shooting Kenneth Worley Jr. in the back on Fifth Avenue Northwest on Thursday.
Investigators said there was fight between half-dozen people moments before the shooting, but they don’t know why the men were fighting.
Worley is at Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem.
