CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police said a person was walking in northwest Charlotte Wednesday night and was hit by a car.
They believe the person was hit by the side-view mirror on Mount Holly-Huntersville Road near Overlook Mountain Drive but the car kept going.
The victim was taken to the hospital but should be OK.
