CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Police were on the scene of an armed robbery at a Family Dollar in north Charlotte Thursday morning.
Officers told Eyewitness News that a man with a gun stole money from the register at the Family Dollar on West Sugar Creek around 8 a.m. and that the thief ran off.
Nobody was hurt.
Police have not yet released a description of the man.
