ROCK HILL, S.C. - Rock Hill police are looking for a man who they said is going store to store trying to trick clerks out of money.
The man shown on a video took a 20 out of his hand and slipped it in his back pocket, and then he accused the clerk of shortchanging him.
The clerk didn't believe him and the two argued for several minutes about the "missing" money, but the clerk did not give in and the man left without the extra cash.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes the man to call the Rock Hill Police Department.
